1. Ordering and Guest checkout
Orders are placed strictly as guest transactions without any customer account registration. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details (full name, shipping address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number starting with 01) to ensure smooth delivery.
2. Payment Policy
We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and manual mobile banking transfer (bKash/Nagad). For manual mobile banking, you must transfer the exact order amount to our personal wallet number and enter a valid transaction ID (TrxID) in the checkout form. We process orders after verifying the TrxID.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Our standard flat shipping fees are ৳60 for deliveries inside Dhaka and ৳120 for deliveries outside Dhaka. Deliveries are carried out by third-party logistics services. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days inside Dhaka and 3-5 business days outside Dhaka. Delays caused by weather or logistical issues are out of our direct control.
